Responsible to provide thought leadership for the continued incubation, solutioning and implementation of innovative, robust, and secure unified communications and Contact Center solutions to the global customers. The primary responsibility is to help customers transform their operating model, end user experience and customer journeys using cloud architecture, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning & Data Management.
Prior to this I worked for a leading financial bank, Microsoft and a niche consulting firm in roles focused on Unified Communications domain. Have worked extensively as an individual contributor to the leadership role in order to deliver a converged communications platform. During this journey, I got opportunity to work with various stakeholders (OEMs, Service Integrator, Service Providers etc.) which helped me to build a strong credentials in partner management domain with OEMs like Microsoft, Cisco, Genesys, AudioCodes, Ribbon, Polycom etc.Microsoft presented Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award in the years 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019.
